Teachers Who Rock

Major Greg Penczak

Major Greg Penczak, a senior Naval Science Instructor who has been nominated by a group of parents at Colts Neck High School. After retiring from the Marine Corps, Major Penczak has been a Teacher for over 15 years and in the last 6, has run the R.O.T.C program at Colts Neck High School. Awards and accolades are great but Major Penczak and his team thrive on the success of their students not only in school, but in life. As a retired major, he has the ability to give students real-life experience to show cadets how to be mentally and physically strong. The R.O.T.C at Colts Neck High School has over 150 students and the program has nationally ranked drill and orientation teams under his leadership. Major Penczak also runs R.O.T.C events outside of school for community service as well. The group of parents who nominated major have said "there are far too many accomplishments to list", but we will name most of at our awards banquet in two weeks.
