With Meat Free Monday co-founder Paul McCartney on his ‘Out There’ tour, we caught up with EYHO, a rock ‘n’ roll touring catering company that has been going for the past 30 years and which caters ‘Meat Free’ for Paul and the crew.
The company is proud of its ability to absorb local culinary flavors, as well serve old favorites from home. George Baker, EYHO's Dressing Room Catering Coordinator told us, “Our whole team is passionate about food and that is reflected in everything we serve.”
Paul's first concert was in Montevideo, Uruguay, and the menu included Fish (Tofu) ‘n’ Chips with Mushy Peas, Steak and Ale Pie and Classic Tatre au Citron.
