Stafford Township P.B.A. annual "Holiday Toy Drive"


The Stafford Township PBA 297, in cooperation with the Stafford Township Recreation Department, is conducting its annual
The PBA and Recreation Department wish to make this a happy holiday season for all Stafford Township residents in need of assistance. As these are trying times, we are in great need of toys and gifts for boys and girls, newborn through age 18.
Donations (toys and age-appropriate items, clothes and accessories, gift cards, checks and certificates, etc.) can be dropped off at any time, day or night,
at the Police Department at the Stafford Township Municipal Building,
260 East Bay Avenue, Manahawkin
or, weekdays during business hours,
at the Bay Avenue Community Center,
775 East Bay Avenue, Manahawkin.
Please make checks payable to the Stafford Twp. PBA 297 Toy Drive.
We ask that all donations be unwrapped so that they may be sorted by age group.  Gifts for all ages are greatly appreciated as hard times know no age limits.

Lacey Township First Aid Squad is looking for new members

Lacey Township Emergency Medical Service is looking for new members who are at least sixteen years of age or older to volunteer and staff one of our ambulances. Seaside Park Police PBA 182 annual Christmas Toy Drive

The Seaside Park Police PBA 182 is holding the 2nd annual Christmas Toy Drive. All toys will be donated to the division of child protection and permanency. Please help us make a child’s holiday season a little brighter by dropping off a new unwrapped toy to: Seaside Park Police Department lobby, 1 Municipal Plaza, Seaside Park, NJ 08752 or Seaside Park Hall offices, 1701 North Ocean Avenue, Seaside Park, NJ 08752.

All unwrapped toys will be accepted until 4pm, December 22nd.

Drive Thru Live Nativity

You are invited to the annual "Drive Thru Live Nativity" at Faith Baptist Church, 1528 Route 9 in Toms River on Friday and Saturday, December 19th and 20th from 6 to 9pm. Stay warm in your vehicle as you drive through many scenes with live actors and animals depicting the Christmas story. All are welcome to join in this FREE event to learn about and celebrate the true meaning of Christmas.

Howling Woods Farm annual Christmas Open House

Howling Woods Farm in Jackson is having their annual Christmas Open House on Saturday, December 20th. You can meet the wolves and take your picture with them and Santa too.

Howling Woods ambassador wolf dog “Ahote” has been diagnosed with cancer and will be having one of his legs amputated, along with chemo therapy. Donations are needed to help offset the costs of the surgery and chemo. Call 732 534 5745 to help.
